Fay is exceptional and an old school agent who really enjoys her job and cares for her clients. Telling her what we were looking for led to a search and steady stream of options for us to consider. Fay does the legwork, and really looks after you. When we found a house she talked us through options and gave us time to consider our next steps. Other agents get listings and the first you know is an advertised open home, Fay lets you know immediately so you are ahead of the tribe. I wouldn't hesitate to list with her in future.

If you are looking for a real estate agency to sell or buy property through in the
Selwyn area, then give Fay a call, we signed on to sell our Rolleston home. Fay, and what a lovely, hard working lady! Many sales reps leave you feeling like
their pushy, out for the money, and are too busy to care about you as a client. Fay
was none of these, we loved her from the first meeting. She worked ridiculously hard,
for both buyer and seller, and got the house sold within a couple weeks. We would
definitely use her again, and recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell in the
Selwyn district.

We have been in the country for almost 5 years. We’ve been renting and moved 4
